Financial Reporting Manager – Agrichile & Agriargentina

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to ensure reliable and timely financial information for Agrichile and Agriargentina, aligning with Ferrero Group requirements and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and issue financial reports for each reporting period, meeting local and corporate deadlines.
• Coordinate month‑end closing activities and ensure accurate finance reporting.
• Manage external audits (PwC) and internal audits, providing information and implementing corrective actions.
• Design, implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent improper disbursements.
• Evaluate financial KPIs and balance‑sheet ratios to identify opportunities and risks.
• Oversee recording, reporting and control of sales, accounts receivable, fixed assets and biological assets.
• Lead and guide the financial reporting team in daily activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial reporting and month‑end closing.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and audit processes.
• Ability to analyse financial KPIs and balance‑sheet indicators.
• Excellent coordination skills with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
