Fleet Sales Manager

About the role

The Fleet Sales Manager will lead the growth of our fleet sales business, focusing on new opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships within the Chile market. This role combines strategic planning, customer relationship management, and cross‑functional coordination to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the fleet sales portfolio.
• Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with revenue goals.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with major corporate customers to ensure long‑term satisfaction.
• Collaborate with delivery, after‑sales, and finance teams to guarantee smooth execution of sales processes.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet sales or automotive B2B sales, preferably in Chile.
• Proven track record of managing corporate accounts and meeting fleet sales targets.
• Strong understanding of fleet leasing, procurement processes and client relationship management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience with electric vehicles and sustainable mobility solutions is a plus.
