Founding Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for short‑term rental operators and property‑management companies. As a Founding Growth Marketer you will shape the go‑to‑market strategy, generate qualified demand and turn interest into demo bookings and paying customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels end‑to‑end – set strategy, launch campaigns and drive results.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule demo bookings through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and industry partnerships.
• Conduct rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers, scaling what works and discarding what doesn’t.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, content production and automation.
• Build and optimise landing pages and funnels to maximise conversion from first impression to paying customer.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning, messaging and product‑market fit.
• Track performance metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition cost and pipeline contribution, and communicate insights.

• Fast learner who can quickly pick up new growth channels and tools.
• Highly motivated to become a top growth marketer, self‑directed and results‑oriented.
• Comfortable with data, attribution and turning insights into action.
• Resourceful, able to work without detailed instructions and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
