French‑Speaking Operations Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive French‑speaking Operations Assistant to support the daily management of our expanding short‑term rental portfolio. Working remotely, you will act as the primary liaison between guests, cleaning crews, and maintenance teams, ensuring each property delivers a seamless and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of short‑term rental properties across multiple booking platforms.
• Communicate with guests in French and English, handling inquiries, reviews, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate check‑ins, check‑outs, and ongoing guest support.
• Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance teams to guarantee properties are guest‑ready.
• Monitor reservations, calendars, pricing updates, and assist with listing optimization.
• Maintain accurate operational records and generate regular reports.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Previous experience in short‑term rentals, vacation rentals, or property management is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO platforms.
• Experience with property management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, or Hospitable.
• Knowledge of revenue‑management tools like PriceLabs.
