Frontend Developer – JavaScript & Angular

About the role

We are looking for a Frontend Developer with strong JavaScript and Angular expertise to join our engineering team. You will help build sophisticated web applications while collaborating closely with architecture, integration, and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Write high‑complexity source code for cross‑functional components using Angular and related frameworks.
• Apply coding standards and participate in code reviews to maintain quality.
• Produce and validate effort estimates together with the Technical Lead.
• Take part in technical discovery meetings and internal portfolio sessions.
• Coordinate cross‑team dependencies with Integration Teams and contribute to Architecture Roundtables.
• Engage in BCI Labs and Developers Portal initiatives to improve shared engineering practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Solid proficiency in Angular (v5+), HTML5, CSS3, SASS (BEM), Bootstrap 3 and Material Design for Angular.
• Strong JavaScript (ES5+) skills and experience with Node 8+ and Express 4.
• Good understanding of relational databases (SQL, constraints, stored procedures) and awareness of NoSQL technologies.
• Experience with API design, documentation (WADL, Markdown, YAML, JSON) and security considerations.
• Fluent English communication at B2 level or higher.
