Full-Time Inbound Sales Closer

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing inbound sales professional to join TurFresh, the market leader in artificial turf cleaning. The role is fully remote and focuses on converting inbound leads from homeowners into customers and recurring maintenance plans.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads and estimate requests via phone and web.
• Re‑engage past customers and unsold opportunities.
• Convert one‑time sales into ongoing maintenance plans.
• Maintain strong close rates and consistent follow‑up.
• Track pipeline and communications accurately in the CRM.
• Ensure speed‑to‑lead and high‑volume lead management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an inbound sales closer.
• Professional‑level English communication with U.S. homeowners.
• Strong phone presence and consultative selling ability.
• High sense of urgency, self‑managed and accountable in a remote setting.
• Background in home‑services or premium recurring‑service sales.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as GHL, Jobber, HubSpot or Salesforce.
