About the role

The Sales Opportunity Generator supports the Emerging Business unit by creating qualified leads for Jostens products. Working on‑site in Santiago, the role is multifunctional, assisting the sales team with prospect outreach, data management and campaign optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and qualify “hot leads” by gathering school name, contact details and decision‑maker information.
• Collect additional data on current service usage and decision‑making authority within the school.
• Accurately update and maintain lead databases with daily information.
• Share hot‑lead reports with the sales team each day.
• Provide feedback on scripts and campaigns and suggest adjustments when approved.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachiller) completed.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or outbound calling.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Strong interpersonal, listening and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Competent written documentation and information transmission.
• Competitive spirit and customer‑focused mindset.
