Gerente de marketing bilingüe

About the role

The company is looking for a bilingual Marketing Manager to lead commercial marketing initiatives in Santiago de los Caballeros. You will work closely with the sales team to attract and retain customers, delivering campaigns in both Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Design and coordinate commercial marketing campaigns, including influencer collaborations, sports sponsorships, and local activations.
• Manage prospect follow‑up, prepare presentations and marketing collateral, and support the sales team in closing opportunities.
• Analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and customer behaviors.
• Develop and execute strategies for brand positioning across digital, radio, TV, and point‑of‑sale channels.
• Participate in trade fairs, community events, and other initiatives that strengthen brand preference.

Required profile

• Fluent oral and written communication in Spanish and English.
• Proven experience in market research, data analysis, and commercial opportunity identification.
• Strong sales and customer‑service skills, including negotiation and long‑term relationship management.
• Knowledge of strategic marketing, audience segmentation, and both digital and traditional media channels.
• Educational background in marketing, business administration, or related fields; proficient with office tools and CRM systems.
