Global Engagement Pilot

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Global Engagement Pilot to join Boeing’s Pilot Services team in Chile. The role involves collaborating with industry professionals, regulators and customers to enhance flight safety and operations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, regulatory authorities and partners.
• Lead resource acquisition, supplier technical management and process improvements.
• Plan and execute projects, policies and operational goals.
• Design and deliver familiarisation, qualification, standardisation, flight and ground instruction for Boeing and customer aircrew.
• Operate Boeing and customer aircraft as Pilot‑in‑Command and Instructor.
• Mentor, develop and evaluate pilots, ensuring safe flight operations.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in Chile.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Current FAA ATP or EASA ATPL (or equivalent) and First‑Class Medical certificate.
• Minimum 5,000 total flight hours in a public‑transport category aircraft.
• At least 1,000 hours as a flight instructor.
• Ability to handle US export‑controlled data and no risk to controlled goods.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time.
