Graphic Designer (Fintech Contractor)

About the role

Sezzle is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to create compelling visual assets that support its fintech brand. The contractor will work closely with marketing, product and sales teams to translate ideas into engaging designs across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve visual branding in line with brand guidelines across websites, email, print, and sales decks.
• Design graphics for in‑app banners, emails, landing pages, display ads and sales presentations.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing and product stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Stay current with design trends and emerging tools to bring fresh concepts to the team.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept through delivery, ensuring high‑quality output.
• Turn complex concepts into clear, elegant visuals that reinforce the brand story.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in tech or fintech.
• Strong visual sense combined with high emotional intelligence and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Motivated, detail‑oriented and eager to contribute to a growing team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience using AI design assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.
