Graphic Designer

About the role

Jostens is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create visual assets for a variety of products such as plates, pins, trophies, medals, patches, banners, and certificates. The role contributes directly to customer satisfaction by translating client requirements into high‑quality designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, save, and manage product graphics according to client specifications.
• Verify order details in the AS400 system to ensure design accuracy.
• Modify designs based on feedback from sales or clients.
• Generate daily production reports (check‑list) and email sample images to customers.
• Support the plant with new design introductions and first‑time process runs.
• Develop specific graphic projects and assist in updating process flows.
• Help the supervisor handle plant returns and other ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Proficient with CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Basic knowledge of Tajima programming and AS400 operations.
• Good verbal and written communication in English (intermediate required, advanced preferred).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Computer literacy with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer).
