About the role
We are seeking a meticulous Graphic Designer to join our Proof Team, creating production‑ready artwork proofs for promotional and customizable products. This position demands precision, speed, and a strong eye for detail to ensure flawless hand‑off to production.
Key responsibilities
- Create accurate artwork proofs for client approval.
- Prepare print‑ready files that meet all technical specifications, including sizing, bleed, color mode, and resolution.
- Maintain strict alignment with client brand guidelines.
- Review layouts for spacing, typography, and visual consistency.
- Manage multiple proofs daily while preserving quality.
- Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Production teams to prevent errors and delays.
Required profile
- Detail‑obsessed and process‑driven.
- Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy.
- Proactive in identifying potential production issues.
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
- Reliable and accountable in a 24/7 operational setup.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory).
- Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
