Growth Engineer (Remote)

About the role

As a Growth Engineer you will work within the marketing team to design, prototype, and ship data‑driven growth experiments. You will treat the marketing engine as a series of loops, rapidly testing, optimizing, and scaling solutions that improve lead quality, conversion, and personalized outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with and iterate on growth systems, moving quickly from idea to shipped solution across the marketing engine.
• Test and optimize inbound growth loops to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Prototype and scale website de‑anonymization approaches to convert anonymous traffic into pipeline.
• Run and refine personalized outbound experiments targeting hard‑to‑reach SMB markets.
• Collaborate as an embedded member of the marketing team, working closely with growth, marketing ops, and engineering resources.

Required profile

• Background that combines coding skills with business and marketing fundamentals, similar to an industrial engineer with marketing training.
• Experience or strong interest in using generative AI to run and scale growth experiments.
• Bias toward rapid prototyping and iteration over long planning cycles.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
