Growth Workflow Specialist, Organic Growth

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Workflow Specialist to automate and scale our organic growth engine. You will work closely with the organic growth strategy lead to turn SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies into high‑velocity, automated workflows that power content creation, distribution, and visibility monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain an end‑to‑end automation pipeline for keyword ingestion, content brief generation, and CMS deployment.
• Translate SEO/AEO strategy into detailed workflow specifications for the engineering team.
• Monitor Large Language Model (LLM) visibility across priority topics, products, and markets, and automate alerting and response processes.
• Automate content brief creation by pulling competitive gaps, search signals, and AEO data into structured briefs for AI‑driven content generation.
• Quality‑assure AI‑generated content to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance with SEO/AEO best practices before publishing.
• Define knowledge‑base inputs, content rules, standards, and market‑specific requirements for organic growth agents.
• Extend automation to other growth levers such as CRO content, onboarding copy, and localized content workflows.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in SEO, preferably with exposure to AEO or AI‑enhanced search strategies.
• Strong systems‑thinking ability to convert strategic goals into repeatable, automated processes.
• Experience working with content management systems and AI‑generated content pipelines.
• Detail‑oriented mindset for QA of content outputs and visibility monitoring.
