Head of Marketing – Remote (Chile)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to design and lead a high‑performing, AI‑enabled marketing organization that drives measurable revenue growth. This fully remote position (based in Chile) reports to the executive team and owns the company’s go‑to‑market strategy, demand generation, brand positioning and overall marketing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall go‑to‑market strategy, defining brand positioning and competitive differentiation.
• Build and scale demand‑generation programs across outbound, content, paid media, partnerships and events to generate qualified pipeline.
• Own marketing performance metrics, monitor results and continuously optimise initiatives.
• Define the company’s voice, oversee creation of content, case studies, sales‑enablement and thought‑leadership assets.
• Design and implement AI‑powered workflows, manage the marketing technology stack (CRM, automation platforms) and build reporting dashboards.
• Lead, mentor and grow a lean marketing team while collaborating with sales, product and executive leadership.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources based on ROI and business impact.

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record building B2B demand‑generation functions from the ground up and delivering measurable pipeline.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, remote environments and thinking like a business owner.
