Head of Operations – Multi‑Branch Restaurants

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Head of Operations to lead performance across a growing network of restaurant locations in Chile. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own execution, accountability and profitability while building scalable systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Area Managers, Branch Managers and shift leaders to improve performance across multiple sites.
• Establish operating standards, decision rights, escalation paths and regular management routines.
• Increase visibility of service, staffing, revenue, costs and margins through dashboards and data‑driven reporting.
• Own the online customer journey, from discovery to repeat purchasing, and drive pricing, promotions and offers.
• Identify and eliminate waste, bottlenecks and leakage to boost profitability.
• Translate business opportunities into pilots, service lines and partnership initiatives.
• Support hiring, onboarding and development as the business scales.
• Leverage AI tools, automation and digital workflows to enhance planning, reporting and operational processes.

Required profile

• 7+ years in operations or business management, with experience leading multiple restaurant or food‑service locations.
• Proven track record of improving processes, service quality and profitability.
• Strong P&L, budgeting and unit‑economics expertise.
• Hands‑on attitude with high ownership and execution focus.
• Ability to build capable managers and scalable systems rather than being a bottleneck.
