Head Teacher – Early Childhood Educator (Parvulos)

About the role
We are seeking a passionate Head Teacher to lead our Parvulos (early childhood) program. You will create a nurturing environment where young learners can thrive and develop foundational skills.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver age‑appropriate lesson plans and activities for young children.
- Assess, monitor and report on each child’s progress and development.
- Maintain a safe, supportive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student wellbeing and learning.
Required profile
- Degree in early childhood education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification.
- Proven experience working in early childhood education.
Required skills
- Strong instructional skills for early childhood learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Patience and creativity when working with young children.
