About the role
We are seeking a passionate Head Teacher for our Infant Cycle to lead a vibrant early‑years classroom. You will create a nurturing environment where young learners can thrive, while collaborating closely with families and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Design, deliver and continuously improve lesson plans and age‑appropriate activities for infants.
- Assess, monitor and document each child's progress and developmental milestones.
- Maintain a safe, supportive and stimulating learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's wellbeing and learning.
Required profile
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification.
- Proven experience working in early childhood or infant education.
Required skills
- Strong early‑childhood instructional expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Patience, creativity and a genuine love for working with young children.
