Healthcare Compliance Manager

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Healthcare Compliance Manager to lead compliance and risk‑management activities for its MedTech businesses across South Latin America. Based in Chile, the manager will act as the primary compliance partner for the Electrophysiology (EP) business and support other MedTech units within the region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with commercial and cross‑functional leaders to ensure the Healthcare Compliance (HCC) program prevents, detects, and addresses potential violations of laws, regulations, industry codes, and company policies.
• Serve as the trusted point of contact for the EP business across Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Peru, and Ecuador, providing practical, risk‑based guidance.
• Review and advise on interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Healthcare Organizations (HCOs), educational programs, sponsorships, grants, consulting engagements, CAPEX placements, and other commercial initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks through a proactive risk‑management approach.
• Oversee third‑party intermediary due‑diligence activities to ensure alignment with anti‑corruption and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in healthcare or MedTech compliance and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, industry codes, and anti‑corruption standards in South Latin America.
• Ability to act as a strategic business partner and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
