We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Team Lead for Home Care to join our operations team. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in the home healthcare sector, a strong understanding of operational processes, and proven ability to manage caregivers and client services. This role involves leading a team, ensuring service quality, and handling day‑to‑day operational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a home care operations team.
• Coordinate caregivers, schedules, and client needs.
• Monitor service quality and team performance.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues.
• Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and internal teams.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to established procedures.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and coverage requirements.

Required profile

• Previous home healthcare or home care industry experience.
• Experience in a Team Lead, Supervisor, Coordinator, or similar leadership role.
• Strong communication and people‑management skills.
• Experience with caregiver coordination, scheduling, and client support.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional English communication skills.
