Hiring Journey Associate (Remote)

About the role

The Hiring Journey Associate supports a positive candidate experience while ensuring an efficient recruitment process for BairesDev's internal and external client openings. Working remotely, you will act as the main communication link between candidates and the company, helping to move talent through each stage of the hiring journey.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the selection process.
• Maintain accurate records of applicant information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Assist in assessing candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, tests, and assessments.
• Gather and relay candidate feedback and information to the staffing team for informed decision‑making.

• Ability to build rapport with candidates.
• Advanced level of English.
