HR Business Partner / HR Director – Core Business Unit

About the role

This position is for an HR Business Partner / HR Director supporting a core business unit in Chile. You will shape people strategy, drive employee experience and partner with leaders in a globally distributed, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align workforce effectiveness with strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support growth, engagement and organizational priorities.
• Manage workforce planning, staffing and talent acquisition to ensure the right capabilities.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, succession and off‑boarding.
• Drive engagement and retention initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain HR processes, policies and compliance while improving operational efficiency.
• Monitor HR metrics (engagement, turnover, efficiency) and provide data‑driven insights.
• Lead HR projects, balancing strategic priorities with execution.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Director in an international digital, technology or fast‑growing company.
• Proven track record managing employee‑lifecycle processes and HR metrics.
• Strong analytical ability to use compensation, benefits and workforce data for decision‑making.
• Experience influencing business decisions and collaborating with global teams.
