HR Business Partner – Investment Platform & Portfolio Companies

About the role

This position is based in Chile and supports a fast‑growing international technology environment. As an HR Business Partner / HR Director you will shape people strategy for an investment platform and its portfolio companies, working closely with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with strategic objectives and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Lead workforce planning and staffing to ensure the right talent, capabilities, and structure for growth.
• Design and execute employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction programs across distributed teams.
• Implement and continuously improve HR processes across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, succession, off‑boarding).
• Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations using HR analytics, employee feedback, and turnover metrics.
• Coach managers on people‑related decisions and leadership practices.
• Monitor and refine HR programs to enhance the employee experience internationally.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Director in an international digital, technology, or product‑focused company.
• Proven track record managing end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage HR metrics (payroll budgets, engagement, retention, turnover) with measurable business impact.
• Hands‑on experience with compensation & benefits, HR analytics, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Results‑oriented mindset with persistence, ownership, and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
