About the role
Huawei Technologies is seeking an HR Specialist who is fluent in Chinese to join its Santiago office. The role focuses on training and performance management, ensuring employees develop the skills needed to excel in a fast‑moving telecommunications environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to identify training needs and create an annual training plan.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs across the office.
- Support the regional team in configuring and operating a digital learning platform.
- Oversee the full employee development cycle, including performance evaluations and development plans.
- Handle day‑to‑day HR operations and implement company policies.
- Use fluent Chinese daily for all work activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the telecommunications or technology sector is a plus.
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Santiago, Chile.
