About the role
Huawei Technologies is seeking a bilingual HR Specialist to join its Santiago office. The role focuses on the Training and Performance Management modules, ensuring employees receive the right development opportunities and performance feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute an annual training plan aligned with business needs.
- Deliver training sessions and manage the digital learning platform in collaboration with regional teams.
- Conduct performance evaluations, create development plans, and monitor progress.
- Support day‑to‑day HR operations and policy implementation.
- Use fluent Chinese daily for communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in the telecommunications or technology sector is a plus.
- Strong ability to work independently and partner with business units.
Required skills
- Fluent communication in English and Chinese.
