HR Specialist – Fresh Graduate

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Santiago, Chile and is designed for a recent graduate eager to start a career in Human Resources within a global technology company. You will work closely with local business units and regional HR teams, gaining exposure to a wide range of HR processes and employee management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day HR activities and processes across the organization.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand HR needs and provide appropriate assistance.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Handle employee‑related processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain HR reporting, documentation, and data management.
• Work with local and regional HR teams on various projects and initiatives.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR processes and policies.
• Communicate in Chinese and English with internal stakeholders and regional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Graduated in 2025 or 2026; 0–2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong motivation to develop a long‑term HR career.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English.
• Interest in the telecommunications or technology sector is a plus.
