Human Resources Generalist

About the role

The Human Resources Generalist will deliver an exceptional onboarding experience, manage employee benefits, and keep compliant employee records across the organization. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, IT, external brokers, and department leaders, this role ensures every employee transaction is accurate, timely, and compliant with jurisdictional requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve a tech‑enabled onboarding process, coordinating with IT for provisioning, asset delivery, software access and workspace setup.
• Conduct engaging HR orientation sessions that introduce new hires to company culture, values and operational tools.
• Manage end‑to‑end off‑boarding, including exit interviews, system access revocation and asset retrieval.
• Administer company‑wide benefits programs, act as the primary liaison with third‑party vendors, and handle open enrollments, qualifying life events and status changes.
• Audit monthly benefit invoices and reconcile billing against HRIS records.
• Maintain absolute data integrity for all workforce records, contracts and performance documents, ensuring digital personnel files meet legal standards.
• Perform routine audits of paper and electronic HR records to guarantee audit readiness.
• Monitor labor regulations, data privacy standards and compliance requirements across two countries.
• Own the HRIS and employee self‑service platforms, ensuring system reliability and accurate reporting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on procedural discipline and compliance.
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with IT, Talent Acquisition and external partners.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can manage multiple HR transactions simultaneously.
