Inbound Sales Performance Leader

About the role

TurFresh is seeking a remote Inbound Sales Performance Leader to drive the conversion rate of its inbound sales team. The role starts as a 90‑day performance‑based contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a long‑term leadership position based on measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze inbound call data and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
• Coach and mentor sales consultants through role‑playing, call reviews, and AI‑driven insights.
• Develop and reinforce training programs that align with the company’s sales playbook.
• Track performance metrics and produce weekly coaching reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and field technicians to ensure seamless handoff from lead generation to service delivery.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Availability to work during U.S. Pacific business hours.
• Proven ability to lead remote sales teams and drive measurable performance improvements.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data‑driven decision making.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑assisted call analysis tools.
• Proficiency in using CRM dashboards and reporting systems.
