About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer to support field operations for Metro S.A. across the Metropolitan Region and other locations in Chile. The role involves covering terrain during both day and night shifts, ensuring project milestones are met and safety standards are upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site inspections and surveys for Metro S.A. projects in the Metropolitan Region, North Zone and South Zone.
• Coordinate day‑time and night‑time field activities, ensuring timely data collection and reporting.
• Collaborate with local teams and external contractors to resolve technical issues on the ground.
• Maintain accurate documentation of field work, progress reports, and safety compliance.
• Support project planning and scheduling by providing field insights.

Required profile

• Relevant engineering degree (civil, mechanical, or related field).
• Experience in field‑based project work, preferably in transportation or infrastructure.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Valid work authorization for Chile.
