About the role
Garmin Chile is looking for a full‑time Inside Sales Representative to grow sales and promote the Garmin brand. You will build relationships with assigned accounts through outbound calls, order processing, and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with key business partners and retailers.
- Partner with sales leaders to develop strategies that increase market share and profit.
- Negotiate and execute sales agreements and analyze margin pricing.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and recommend additional Garmin products to retailers.
- Educate retailers on new products, training resources, and promotions.
- Log activities using the Dealer Resource Center and Oracle tools.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, process orders in Oracle, and communicate order status.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Order Analysts, Production, Finance, Shipping, etc.) to resolve order issues.
- Issue return material authorizations and credit memos when needed.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Team‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, detail‑oriented, and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to travel when required.
Required skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using Oracle (order entry and management tools).
