Insight Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an Insight Analyst to turn complex aquaculture data into clear, actionable insights for our salmon‑farming customers. The role sits at the intersection of data analysis, customer success and product development, helping fish farmers optimise feeding, health monitoring and overall production.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, contextualise and visualise data from underwater cameras, cloud pipelines and farm sensors.
• Transform raw data into valuable insights and present them in an understandable format.
• Communicate findings to customers, guiding them through new decision‑making processes.
• Define and track specific goals together with each customer.
• Provide ongoing support and act as a sparring partner for customers.
• Explore new applications for Aquabyte’s data and conduct internal and external benchmarking.
• Contribute cross‑functionally to product development based on customer feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the fish‑farming industry, specifically feeding and production analytics.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Strong customer‑facing experience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset, process‑oriented and able to manage workload independently.
• Comfortable working in challenging environments.

• PowerBI or a comparable data‑visualisation tool.
