Internal Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Internal Sales Specialist to support student retention and ensure timely monthly payments for our online bootcamp students. The role focuses on proactive outreach, payment collection, and preventing drop‑outs while delivering a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact students with upcoming or overdue payments to secure collections and meet targets.
• Resolve payment‑related concerns, handle objections, and guide students through enrollment continuation.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM and track key performance indicators such as collection, save, and prolongation rates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and enhance the overall student experience.
• Identify at‑risk students early and implement solutions to reduce churn.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, retention, collections, customer success, or consultative sales.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection‑handling abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive conversations with empathy.
• Results‑driven mindset with a proven record of meeting performance targets.
