International Recruiter – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for an experienced International Recruiter to own full‑cycle hiring for commercial and sales positions across Europe and the Americas. You will work remotely, partnering closely with the Head of International HR to build a high‑quality talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.
• Actively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and outbound outreach.
• Cover multiple markets, including Spain, Switzerland, Serbia, Panama, the United States, and broader LATAM.
• Focus on sales‑related roles such as field sales agents and sales managers, as well as operational positions like logistics and support.
• Own the Workable ATS: maintain pipelines, stages, reporting, and ensure clean candidate data.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, deliver strong shortlists, and keep time‑to‑fill low.
• Create bilingual job postings and screen candidates in both Spanish and English.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in agency, RPO, or high‑volume in‑house environments.
• Demonstrated success filling sales and commercial roles.
• Native‑level or near‑native Spanish and professional English.
• Experience recruiting across US and European markets.
• Self‑managed, remote‑proven work style with ability to deliver without daily supervision.
