Investment Banking Analyst

About the role

Evalueserve is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to support its financial research and advisory services. The role involves preparing client‑facing materials, conducting market and company analysis, and maintaining industry databases while collaborating with a multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare information memoranda, company profiles, industry overviews, management presentations, deal tombstones, pitchbooks, due‑diligence decks and update financial models.
• Maintain industry databases, newsletters and market updates.
• Collect financial data from FactSet, Capital IQ, Eikon, Bloomberg and other sources.
• Handle ad‑hoc research requests such as competitor benchmarking, target screening, and capital‑structure analysis.
• Apply valuation methods including Comparable Companies, DCF, Sum‑of‑the‑Parts and LBO analysis.

Required profile

• Graduate or post‑graduate degree in Finance (e.g., Master’s in Finance, MBA – Finance, CFA preferred).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑based, multicultural environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving skills and flexibility to meet client schedules.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
