IT Recruiter – Remote (Entry‑Level)

About the role

Join BairesDev, a global technology services leader, as a Young Professional IT Recruiter. You will support end‑to‑end talent acquisition for a fast‑growing tech company, gaining hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: post jobs, source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline using job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit and interest.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to refine role requirements and search strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
