IT Recruiter – Young Professional (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a motivated Young Professional to join its talent acquisition team as an IT Recruiter. This remote position offers the chance to support end‑to‑end recruitment for technology roles while developing sourcing and interviewing expertise alongside seasoned recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting and sourcing to screening and interview coordination.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to refine role requirements and search strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
