IT Support Engineer – Project Technology Support

About the role

This position provides on‑site IT support for project teams, ensuring hardware, software and collaboration tools run smoothly. You will work closely with corporate IT and project stakeholders to maintain technology efficiency and contribute to successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Implement computer hardware and deliver desktop support to end users.
• Support Microsoft Office, email and collaboration platforms.
• Install and maintain standard Business Unit applications.
• Assist with IS&T product and service implementation for studios and projects.
• Follow corporate hardware standards and security procedures.
• Develop IT reports, dashboards and automate workflows.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets.
• Contribute to IS&T and automation planning for proposals, studies and projects.

Required profile

• University or technical degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Connectivity & Networks.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT support experience.
