IT Support Level 1 Technician

About the role

Euronet is seeking a motivated IT Support Level 1 Technician to join its IT team. The role serves as the first point of contact for end‑users, providing front‑line assistance for hardware, software and network issues while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for hardware, software and basic network problems.
• Receive, log and track support requests via phone, email and ticketing system.
• Assist users with password resets, account lockouts, software installations and general IT inquiries.
• Perform basic hardware repairs, part replacements and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Install, configure and update software applications.
• Diagnose and resolve simple network connectivity issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of tickets, resolutions and knowledge‑base articles.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve complex incidents.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.
