Junior Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

GoCreators is looking for a Junior Influencer Marketing Manager to join our remote team. You will help shape viral short‑format ad videos by coordinating with UGC creators and leveraging TikTok trends.

Key responsibilities

• Manage influencer marketing campaigns focused on TikTok and short‑form video content.
• Collaborate with UGC creators to produce and brief content that aligns with brand objectives.
• Monitor and report on TikTok trends, ensuring campaigns stay current and engaging.
• Maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
• Build and nurture relationships with creators, agencies, and internal creative teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in TikTok content creation.
• At least 1 year experience in influencer marketing management or working with UGC creators.
• Strong project management abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in English (C1 level or higher).
