Junior Legal Operations Specialist – LATAM

As we rapidly expand, we’re looking for a Junior Legal Operations Specialist with 2‑3 years of in‑house legal experience. If you’re a proactive lawyer eager to learn, build solid in‑house expertise, and contribute to a fast‑paced global legal function, we want you on our team.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and edit standard agreements such as employment contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements and contract addenda.
• Assist in onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring process compliance.
• Conduct legal research across multiple regions, summarise jurisdiction‑specific employment laws, and prepare briefs, country playbooks and compliance summaries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to provide legal support.
• Support the creation of legal templates, internal playbooks and SOPs to enhance team efficiency.

Required profile

• Law Degree (LLB/JD) from a recognised university.
• Bar membership or qualification in any country.
• 2‑3 years of experience in an in‑house legal department.
• Exposure to employment law, commercial contracts or global HR‑related work within LATAM.

Required skills

• Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Excellent command of written, read and spoken Spanish and English.
