Junior Outbound Sales Agent – Remote (Chile)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Outbound Sales Agent to join our remote team in Chile. The role focuses on re‑activating existing iGaming and betting clients through phone outreach, promoting bonuses and personalized offers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing iGaming/betting clients to encourage reactivation.
• Present bonuses, promotions, and tailored offers.
• Build positive relationships through professional communication.
• Handle objections and keep customers engaged.
• Record interactions and results in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Spanish with a Chilean accent.
• Basic English (A2‑B1) for internal communication.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, call centres, customer support or outbound telemarketing.
• Own a PC or laptop (Windows 10/11 or macOS) with minimum 8 GB RAM.
• Comfortable working with outbound calls and performance targets.
