Junior Procurement Specialist – Studies & GTS

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Junior Procurement Specialist to support studies and GTS projects within the mining sector. The role combines contract management, SAP operations and purchase order processing while upholding health, safety and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an unwavering commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development.
• Generate purchase requisitions (PR) and manage purchase orders (PO) in the SAP system.
• Assist in contract administration and supplier coordination for mining projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Required profile

• University degree (A‑DOC) relevant to procurement or supply chain.
• Up to 5 years of experience in the mining industry, focusing on contract management and SAP usage.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Availability to work in a 5‑day on‑site/remote hybrid schedule.

Required skills

• SAP proficiency.
