Junior YouTube Strategist (Remote)

About the role

Knwn Local is looking for a Junior YouTube Strategist to support its growing portfolio of real‑estate YouTube channels. Working remotely under a Pod Leader, you will help generate ideas, craft briefs, and ensure scripts and thumbnails meet quality standards before they reach clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and research video ideas for 15+ channels, write titles, loglines, thumbnail concepts and outlines.
• Review scripts for hook, calls‑to‑action and conclusion, fixing or flagging issues.
• Evaluate thumbnail concepts for click‑through potential and provide clear feedback.
• Participate in client calls, take real‑time notes in Notion and produce actionable item lists.
• Attend team meetings prepared with performance metrics and contribute to discussions.

Required profile

• Experience managing content across multiple channels or clients.
• Proven ability to develop data‑driven ideation processes.
• Background reviewing creative work (scripts, thumbnails) before publication.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented production environment.
• Solid understanding of how YouTube videos gain traction.
