Key Account Manager – Channel Sales

About the role

The Key Account Manager – Channel Sales will be responsible for developing and expanding sales channels for the company’s mobile phones and related products in Chile. Reporting to the sales leadership team, the role focuses on building strong relationships with telecom operators, retail chains, distributors and other strategic partners to drive Sell‑In performance and achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and grow partnerships with telecom operators, retail chains, distributors and regional dealers.
• Manage the full sales cycle – from customer acquisition, negotiations and product launches to order, inventory and Sell‑Out coordination.
• Develop and execute channel sales strategies based on market conditions and new product introductions.
• Conduct regular visits to key accounts, monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, logistics and after‑sales teams to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Achieve assigned sales, collection and other business targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales within mobile phones, consumer electronics or FMCG.
• Existing relationships with telecom operators, mobile‑phone retail chains, distributors or regional dealers.
• Strong understanding of the mobile‑phone industry, Sell‑In and Sell‑Out processes.
• Excellent business development, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset, market awareness and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work under pressure while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
