Key Account Manager – E‑commerce & Digital Growth

About the role

Diageo is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to drive e‑commerce and digital growth in Chile. You will accelerate the company’s omnichannel business by building strategic partnerships with online retailers, shaping digital strategies, and delivering profitable commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital customer growth strategies across key e‑commerce accounts.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with online retailers and marketplaces.
• Lead Joint Business Planning and define omnichannel commercial priorities.
• Champion Digital Shelf Excellence by improving online content, search visibility, assortment, availability, pricing and shopper experience.
• Design and optimise trade investment strategies for e‑commerce channels.
• Translate shopper insights into actionable commercial growth opportunities.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives that enhance Diageo’s digital commerce capabilities and omnichannel performance.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, e‑commerce, digital commerce, category management or similar commercial roles within FMCG, retail or digital businesses.
• Proven experience working with online retailers, marketplaces or omnichannel customers.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
