Lead Instructor – Enterprise Training (Remote)

About the role

This remote position is for a Lead Instructor who will deliver hands‑on, virtual training to enterprise teams adopting a new retail promotion planning and optimisation tool. You will guide learners through realistic scenarios, ensuring consistent promotional terminology and processes across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 30 virtual training sessions (10 full‑day and 20 half‑day workshops) with onboarding, dry‑runs and client‑specific tool preparation.
• Facilitate realistic promotional planning exercises, demonstrating the proprietary platform within actual workflows.
• Explain promotional concepts such as ROI, sales lift and incrementality in clear business language.
• Support learners in using AI‑assisted recommendations while reinforcing human decision‑making.
• Maintain a professional virtual classroom presence and adapt delivery to beginners and advanced users.

Required profile

• Background in marketing, sales, business analysis or related field with familiarity of retail promotion terminology.
• Proven ability to learn and demonstrate proprietary software confidently in live sessions.
• Experience delivering hands‑on, virtual workshops to mixed‑skill audiences.
• Comfortable troubleshooting technology issues and adapting to evolving client requirements.
