Learning & Development Young Professional (Remote)

About the role

Join a global technology company as a Learning & Development Young Professional. You will support the design, coordination, and delivery of training initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and logistics for workshops, webinars, and other learning events.
• Help create and update learning materials such as presentations, guides, and e‑learning modules.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) by organizing content and ensuring it is current.
• Collect participant feedback and contribute to the analysis of training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify learning needs and propose targeted solutions.
• Support the tracking and reporting of L&D metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in talent development, training, or instructional design.
• Creative, organized, and comfortable using digital tools and learning platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience with or willingness to learn a Learning Management System (LMS).
