About the role
We are seeking an Operations Team Leader to oversee the outbound area of our storage and distribution centre in Santiago. The role is responsible for ensuring shipment quality, identifying process improvements, and maintaining a safe, high‑performance work environment for the team.
Key responsibilities
- Guarantee the quality and timeliness of shipments for platform users.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities to enhance the buyer and seller experience.
- Build and sustain a highly efficient team that adheres to the highest safety standards.
- Maintain an excellent work environment within the storage and distribution centre.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar outbound operations role.
- Proven ability to lead teams of 20‑30 members.
- Solid knowledge of shipping, picking, and production planning processes.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Availability to work weekend afternoon shifts.
