About the role

Alstom is seeking a System Integration and Validation Leader to define and drive the optimal strategy for integrating subsystems and validating transport systems. The role will oversee the entire integration and testing lifecycle, ensuring that the final system meets functional, performance and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the System Integration & Validation strategy to optimise overall project delivery.
• Coordinate validation methods with all subsystems, including subcontractors and suppliers, and export validation constraints to their development processes.
• Manage the I&V timeline, collect validation evidence, and support system acceptance documentation.
• Lead testing programmes in collaboration with the System Testing Manager, avoiding redundant demonstrations.
• Support certification and homologation activities together with the Safety Manager.

Required profile

• Graduate of an engineering school (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic or Computing degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of testing experience in a similar field, with laboratory/factory/platform exposure.
• International project experience.
