Logistics Manager – Fully Remote

About the role

Jiga is looking for a Logistics Manager to own the end‑to‑end movement of every part the platform touches, from a CNC shop in Shenzhen to a robotics lab in Boston. This fully remote role blends operational expertise with commercial instincts, ensuring each shipping decision supports both the customer deal and company margin.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate rates and contracts with freight forwarders and carriers worldwide.
• Select transportation modes based on time, complexity, cost, and regulatory constraints.
• Guide trade‑compliance activities and coordinate with logistics administration.
• Price freight back to customers, protecting margins while maintaining competitive offers.
• Collaborate with sales on commercial calls and with suppliers on execution.
• Own the full shipment lifecycle: quoting, booking, customs clearance, delivery, and financial reconciliation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing international logistics for manufacturing or hardware products.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to balance cost, service, and margin.
• Excellent negotiation skills and comfort working with global freight partners.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
• Willingness to challenge existing contracts and processes to improve efficiency.
